Common questions.
I did not get my sign-in code.
Codes go to the email address on your account and expire after 10 minutes. Check spam, make sure the address is the one you signed up with, then ask for a new code. Still stuck? Email us from that address.
How do I move or restore my Hub?
If an owner has turned on Recover My Hub, your Hub's settings are backed up, encrypted, and can be restored to a new or reset Hub from the app. Your video stays on the old Hub, so it does not move across. To move to a new home, keep the Hub on your account and set up its network again.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Helios Pro and Vacation Mode are coming soon (February 2027). Details and pricing will be shared here when they are available. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and jupyter never stores your card data.
How do I cancel?
When subscriptions launch you will be able to cancel at any time on our website, or by emailing us. Everything that runs on your Hub keeps working without a subscription.
How do I see, correct or delete my information?
Email info@jupyter.com.au from your account address and tell us what you need. To delete your account, see Delete your account.
Where is my video kept?
On your own Hub, inside your home. Face recognition is processed there too. We do not keep a copy.
