Your account
Delete your account.
You can delete your jupyter account at any time, in the jupyter app or by email. This page explains how, and what happens to your information.
In the jupyter app.
- Open the jupyter app and go to Settings › Personal settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete account to confirm. If you haven't signed in recently, the app asks you to confirm it's you first.
If you own a Hub, the app first asks you to settle each home you own: hand it over to someone already in it, invite a new owner, or remove its Hub. Then delete again.
Without the app.
Email info@jupyter.com.au from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my jupyter account". We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it, and we'll reply once it's done. If you own a Hub, we'll help you hand it over or remove it first.
What happens when you delete.
- You're signed out on every device and removed from every home.
- If you used Sign in with Apple, we cancel the access Apple gave us.
- For 30 days, you can change your mind by signing in again, though your home's address and map position aren't kept.
- After 30 days, your account and sign-in details are erased.
What we keep.
Order and payment records, for as long as tax and consumer law require. A record of important account actions, such as sign-ins and changes to who's in a home, for security and to meet our legal obligations.
Your video, audio, faces and voice profiles are kept on your Hub, inside your home, not by us. Resetting your Hub erases them.
